Our apple wood chunks impart a very mild sweet fruity flavour to your cook. The subtle fruity notes compliment a number of proteins however we like to use it on fish, poultry and lamb. Our wood chunks are ready to use and ready to give you maximum flavour on your next cook. Our wood chunks can be used on kettles, drum smokers, ceramic smokers & smaller offsets.
