DELIVERY DETAILS:

We have dedicated delivery vehicles and work on specific delivery terms as seen below:

We deliver Monday to Saturday.

Delivery fees cover fuel, workmanship, wear and tear on vehicle.

Deliveries take place within 3 – 8 working days , this depends on various factors-

Example : how busy we are , location , order size.

Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received.

Unless COD/YOCO option is chosen.

If a delivery is failed due to not being at home, a second delivery fee will apply.

Delivery windows are 1-4 hours and is only an estimate, and are not always exact due to various challenges. 

We have 3 delivery options available:

 DROP WHERE WE STOP OPTION:

We will drop your order exactly where the delivery vehicle stops.

Should you require carrying over any distance then select the PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTION.

 PREMIUM DELIVERY OPTION:

If bags are ordered with the Premium Delivery Option we will unbag up to 10 bags (at your request). The remainder will be neatly stacked or unbagged at an additional  R8 per bag.

VIP EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION Delivered within 24hrs 

Valid only on Orders placed Monday to Thursday

Get your order delivered and packed within 24hrs of placement.

Same rules apply as Premium Delivery Option (see above)

Valid on deliveries situated in Southern Suburbs , Northern Suburbs , Atlantic Seaboard , CBD and Weskus (as per our delivery areas - see below)

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The delivery vehicle will stop as close to the packing/off loading point as possible, NO driving on loose sand or dangerous conditions is permitted. As we do not have 4x4 vehicles.

Delivery fees are a set price up to 2500 loose pieces or 80-125 bags or 2,5 tons, should an order exceed this a second delivery fee will apply , payable EFT prior to  delivery. More than 10 bags unbagging is charged at R8 per bag.

Once the order is placed we will notify you of the delivery date & time possible, during the course of the day.

Here at The Wood Gurus we try and keep everything as easy and convenient as possible.

Information on payments:

Credit Card/Cheque Cards accepted 
 Debit Cards accepted 
Normal EFT payments accepted from your bank directly to ours (NOTE:EFT orders only dispatched once payment has been cleared)
 Cash on Delivery (COD) also accepted, Cash paid on completion of delivery

Mobile YOCO card machine also available.
 Cash Deposit also welcome at any local FNB  branch
 No cash refunds will be processed, wood may be swapped out instead or eft refund will be made if within our refunds policy

TIPS:

Please note that tips get pooled till month end and it gets split evenly amongst the delivery teams.
